Our office is located in St Julians, close to Paceville and Spinola Bay. If you prefer face-to-face service, you can visit us during office hours - however, most clients find it easier to collect their rental car directly at Malta International Airport or their hotel.

Car delivery and collection can be arranged outside office hours for an additional fee. Many clients arriving on evening flights prefer airport pickup between 20:00 and 23:00 - we accommodate these requests with advance notice.
What to Expect When You Contact Us
When you reach out to 4Drive, here is what happens next:
For New Bookings: Our team will confirm vehicle availability for your dates, explain the no-deposit process and payment options (debit card, cash, Apple Pay, Google Pay), and arrange pickup at your preferred location. You will receive instant confirmation by email with your booking reference.
For Existing Reservations: If you need to modify dates, change the pickup location or add extras like a child seat or GPS, contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Changes are free of charge for most booking types.
For Questions About Documents: You need a valid driving licence (EU licences accepted directly, non-EU drivers require an International Driving Permit), a passport for identification, and a debit card or cash for payment. No credit card is needed, and we do not block any deposit on your card.
For Insurance Queries: Every 4Drive rental includes full insurance with Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) and Third Party Liability. There is no excess to pay in case of minor damage. Our staff can explain coverage details and what to do in the unlikely event of an incident.
Emergency Contact During Your Rental
If you experience any issues while driving your rental car - mechanical problems, accident, flat tyre - call our emergency line immediately. The number is provided in your rental agreement and also displayed inside the vehicle.
For breakdowns, we arrange roadside assistance or a replacement vehicle. For accidents, contact the Malta police (112) first, then notify us. All 4Drive cars have 24/7 emergency support included.

No. Most clients choose airport delivery (free for rentals of 3 days or longer) or hotel delivery anywhere in Malta. If you prefer to collect from our St Julians office, that option is available during business hours.

We accept debit cards (VISA, Mastercard), cash in euros, Apple Pay and Google Pay. No credit card is required, and we do not place any deposit hold on your account.
For peak season (June to September), we recommend booking at least 2 weeks in advance. During quieter months, you can often book just a few days ahead. Last-minute bookings are possible subject to availability - contact us directly for same-day rentals.
Yes, contact us by phone or WhatsApp to request an extension. We will confirm availability and provide pricing for the additional days. Extensions are subject to the car not being reserved by another client.
